Happy October!!! Honestly, before I started designing for digital scrapbooking I didn't like the months at the end of the year. I was kind of depressed from the moment I saw the first leaves falling until the first hopeful little green dots appearing at the end of the Winter.
But when I saw what fun it was to join all those wonderful challenges, the collections people made and the possitivity in the digital scrapbooking community about all things in Fall and the coming Wint
These are my colors, this is my real bliss: designing, doesn't matter on what products, in these colors, with this feel, with these themes. I really like to do that. Here is the content of my Diary Files 2018 for June collection. There is still a sale going on all through the 11th of June! Since a few months I have the feeling that it would be nice when I should make a video sometimes. So I tried it out making a little video for my dear Creative Team. It was hell at first: I was so afraid to do this and yet I wanted it. The Diary Files of Berna's Playground in Summer isn't complete without a collection of digital scrapbook products inspired by the sea... And when I think of them, I can almost smell the salt of the sea, taste the crispy sand between my cheese sandwich and the watery lemonade to wash the sand away.
... and now all of a sudden it seems to be June! My June Diary Files collection is in the shop now. This time it contains 40 collage papers (more or less solids), 40 printed papers, 64 elements with lots of flowers, a dog, butterflies and a bird. Then there is a set of 20 brushes, another set with 12 pocket cards, there are two weeks of templates for week 22 and 23, both in .psd and .png files. Of course there are 4 new dolls in black outlines as well as in full color and the
You know what I like the best when I'm making my collections? I know it now: it's to pick the best colors and make the mood board. I'm having so much fun diciding on the goodies for next month, that it's almost even more fun than drawing all the stuff for you! Let's say: I look at the seasons, but not too much, because in other parts of the world, seasons are different. Can a little dog wear a hat in February? Sure! And in August? Yes, in August too. So: the colors and moods
