Nederlands De zon weer op je huid. Eindelijk, teken dat we weer mogen! Ik word er altijd een blij ei van wanneer de korte broek weer mag, de bomen weer blaadjes hebben en daartussen een explosie van activiteiten ontstaat. Het fietsen wordt nu ook weer fijn: lekker warm en prachtig, zo'n tocht rijden hier, door de polders en over de dijken. Ik moet nu nog sparen om verder te gaan dan dat, maar dat geeft niet, we plannen onze vakantie pas later dit jaar. Voorlopig geniet ik nog even hier.

English When the sun tickles on my skin I feel so happy: Finally, we can again! The month of May always gives me this sensation of getting out and away. I can hardly wait until I can put my shorts on again and wear my slippers. The leaves grew already back on the trees and there is an explosion of activities going on in my backyard. The tomtit that twitters here every year is again fighting with his opponent in the window, so I have to quickly change the position of my garden chairs. That way he can focus on his nest instead. Biking in the Netherlands is an absolute must now that the weather is nice and warm. It's always a plaesure to me to ride though the polders, over the dikes, spotting nature. I have to save more to go further, but that doesn't matter: we're planning a trip like that for later. For now I'm just enjoying this every mile of the road.
