Nederlands Het is er eindelijk, mijn nieuwe website. Met webshop. Ik ben zooooo opgelucht dat het eindelijk het levenslicht mag zien en mag getoond worden aan de wereld! Het kostte me een hele hoop geduld en hard werken om het allemaal te krijgen zoals ik het wilde. Om alleen al de goede keuzes te maken vond ik een ENORME uitdaging. Maar nu het er is, ben ik best tevreden met het resultaat.
Ik heb journals en notebooks, allen met een eigen uitstraling, echt van Berna's hand. Er zijn portretten en kaarten. Ik beloof je dat er nog veel meer zal komen, maar voor de opening lijkt dit me genoeg.
Natuurlijk concentreer ik me nu eerst op de webshop, maar... ik blijf een illustrator en ik blijf het leuk vinden om prentenboeken te maken, illustraties voor anderen te bedenken en wie weet komen er ooit weer leuke workshops van de grond, maar voorlopig is dit een mooi begin, denk ik.
English It's there, my new website. With my webshop. And I'm sooooo relieved it finally can be shown to the world! It did cost me a lot of patience and effort to have it the way I wanted. To only be able to make good choices was already a HUGE challenge. But now that I have done it, I'm very, very glad.
I've got Journals and Notebooks in my shop, everything with a touch of Berna. There are portraits and postcards. I promise that there will be a lot more, but I think this is good for the start.
Of course I will concentrate first on my webshop, but... once an artist, allways an artist, so I will for sure make new picture books, illustrations for other people and companies, and who knows... maybe there will be workshops again one day. I think though that this is a nice new start...
